To encourage patients to schedule an appointment after the COVID-19 shutdown, 96ANDX developed a social media campaign featuring fitness influencer Cami Nwokedi. The campaign was called “Dreams Don’t Quarantine”, showcasing the importance of a great smile even in a digital world.
In addition to this, 96ANDX launched an aggressive multimedia marketing campaign encompassing paid social, digital display advertising, sponsored content, and guerilla initiatives. Furthermore, 96ANDX was tasked with leading Smile Exchange’s internal and external communications throughout the pandemic.
96ANDX’s efforts led to a steady increase in new patients over the course of the campaign. In spite of challenges posed by the pandemic, Smile Exchange’s monthly recurring revenue grew to exceed pre-pandemic levels over a 6-month period.
