Helping a growing dental brand profitably drive new patients

Smile Exchange engaged 96ANDX to update their brand identity and launch a multimedia advertising campaign encompassing digital display, print, and paid social. Furthermore, 96ANDX was tasked with leading Smile Exchange’s communications throughout the pandemic.

96ANDX’s efforts led to a steady increase in new patients over the course of the campaign. In spite of challenges posed by the pandemic, Smile Exchange’s monthly recurring revenue grew to exceed pre-pandemic levels.

To encourage patients to schedule an appointment after the COVID-19 shutdown, 96ANDX developed a social media campaign featuring fitness influencer Cami Nwokedi. The campaign was called “Dreams Don’t Quarantine”, showcasing the importance of a great smile even in a digital world.
